Now Available! Our Advisory Board Simulation workshop is now available. In this workshop, participants learn how to implement effective, efficient and compliant advisory board meetings. Participants are divided into groups who then role-play through the development and implementation of an actual advisory board meeting. ‘Situations’ are injected at various stages of the planning and implementation, and observations and feedback are made using a unique scoring system. Our workshops take 1-2 hours and can be implemented with groups of all sizes and in various locations.
