Areas of focus for commercial practices assessments include HCP fee-for-service activities (such as consulting, speaker programs, preceptorships, etc.), Grants, Awards and Charitable Contributions, and Medical Service Liaison activities
Compliance System Assessment – a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the healthcare law compliance system for your organization. This assessment uses the Newaygo Healthcare Law Compliance Foundation as a primary evaluation tool. It also includes and assessment of technology and operational infrastructure required to drive effectiveness, efficiencies and healthcare compliance.
Relationship Assessment – a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the company and/or brand relationship with HCP, patients or government using effectiveness, efficiency and healthcare law compliance metrics.

Fair Market Value – We design and implement FMV policy for HCP fee-for-service activities such as Advisory feedback, Consulting services, Speaker Programs, Speaker training, Preceptorships and publications. Our FMV design process includes bench-marking of current fair market value.
HCP Contractor™ – We offer the Newaygo HCP Contractor™, an all-in-one on-line project workflow technology system that takes the user through the required steps to contract with an HCP for services. The HCP Contractor can be customized for your company FMV policies and rates, contract process, and documentation needs. The HCP Contractor will be available in MAY’08.
HCP Payment Debit Card – The cost of processing payments and sending cheques to HCP for fee-for-service activities can be expensive and takes time. We provide a payment debit card solution that will simplify payment processes, reduce processing costs, improve on payment times, and provide effective documentation of payments.
Grants & Awards – Another form of payment are grants, awards and charitable contributions. We offer experienced assessment, design and implementation of operational processes for these types of payments that are effective, efficient and in compliance with healthcare law.
